I was grateful for the attentive service i experienced. The staff addressed my needs promptly. the hotel provided a wide selection of seafood at the lagoon restaurant. The variety enhanced the dining experience. i appreciated the wonderful service given by ranjith, dilini, and lolitha! the combination was superb.

The room featured comfortable beds. I experienced restful sleep . the premium king room was spacious. two separate sinks were very convenient. the room had a rainfall shower. we loved it.

The housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness in the rooms. I appreciated the daily cleaning. nirasha and dulmi provided really good service. the front desk handled requests efficiently. the room service was very quick.

I had daily breakfast. I also dined there a few evenings. The staff proved warm and friendly. The dining experiences were varied with very tasty, high-quality service.

Some noise occurred at times. It made sleep difficult.

helpful service amazing team executive lounge

The executive lounge was a treat. i appreciated the helpful service from fabian. He was efficient. the team there was amazing too. Wasantha, upeksha, prasanna, damith, chenul, and dilshanu were all so attentive and kind.

The hotel is big. It's easy to get a little lost navigating the corridors.
